Chris Campbell and Cammie Collier have branched off in a new musical direction. They have formed the jazz duo "Copper Moon" (Gotta stick with the Moon theme here.) Cammie has always loved jazz and sang jazz in college. Cammie is excited about the opportunity to express that part of her musical life. Chris has been a jazz and Grisman style player for many years with "New Dawg Revue." He will bring his improvisational and creative talents on his hollow body jazz guitar. Cammie holds up the jazz rhythm and belts out those bluesy jazz tunes and lets those soulful ballads flow. It's a very different sound and we hope that our musical friends will enjoy this music just as well as that of Alleghany Moon.

While the band Alleghany Moon is solid, each musician plays with other groups on occassion. Scott performs with David Johnson, and Chris Bryant and others on occassion. Scott also helped out on occassion with our friend Ray Cline, who sadly passed away a few years ago. Bill sits in with the Fred Roupe band. John has his other band, The Shady Grove Bluegrass Band and Chris has his "New Dawg Revue" playing Grisman/Rice style music. Cammie performs solo on occassion as well.
